Your share will contain a fresh 3 to 5 Lb. ham, a butt (shoulder) roast, chops, steaks, ground, and of course bacon! Plus ribs or shanks depending on availability. Note that “fresh hams” are unsmoked and not cured. Please note that our bacon is both smoked and cured.
